A bonus virtual session approximately 30 days after the event provides a follow-up on progress and an opportunity for troubleshooting real-time leadership challenges.Day 1: Leadership Foundations (1-5 p.m.) Explore your leadership style and build your personal foundation.Day 2: Essential Leadership Skills (8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.) Enhance emotional intelligence, communication, and delegation.Day 3: Taking Your Leadership to the Next Level (8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.) Develop coaching skills, utilize AI, and plan your next steps.
