Bob Webb, CPA

Bob Webb, CPA is the Founder of Robert L Webb & Associates, an interim management firm specializing in privately owned and family businesses with the desire to improve. He recently started Webb Group to assist Private Equity firms as a Buyer’s Advisor to search for and acquire portfolio companies. His goal is to transform business leaders, their firms, and communities into profitable, sustainable and desirable places to work, live and have a multi- generational positive impact. Bob specializes in leading businesses seeking change through finance, operations and organizational improvements and has deep experience as a CEO, CFO, COO as well as numerous consulting and Board positions.

Julie E. Hayes

Julie Hayes is a Senior Manager in Accounting & Assurance at Coulter & Justus, PC. She joined the firm in 2010 after receiving her B.S. in Business Administration and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Julie manages financial and compliance audits as well as providing other accounting assistance for clients in a variety of industries, including local governments, construction and government contractors, and nonprofit organizations.

Julie is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). She is a Past President of the Knoxville Chapter of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accounts (TSCPA).

Bryan Ridgeway

Bryan Ridgway is the Managing Partner of CIC Services, LLC, and leads the company in two areas: 1) working with clients on structuring all-new captive formations, and 2) overseeing all client related management and administrative services. Prior to joining CIC Services, LLC, Bryan served as Finance Director for Professional Holding Company VI, LLC (PHC) where he oversaw the start-up and development of their Captive Management program. Under Bryan’s supervision, PHC’s captive program grew to manage over 50 captive transactions in just under 5 years. Bryan has over 10 years of public accounting experience, most recently as a Senior Tax Accountant specializing in Captive Insurance and Localized Tax Incentive Programs with Heyman and Associates of San Diego, CA. Bryan was born and raised on St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands where he attended and graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Virgin Islands with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Bryan also has his Associate in Captive Insurance (ACI) from the International Center for Captive Insurance Education. He now lives in Knoxville, TN with his wife and daughter.
