Samantha is a senior consultant at Convergence Coaching, LLC, a national consulting firm that helps leaders achieve success. She is motivated and inspired by the transformation within accounting and consulting professionals striving to make themselves and the profession better.
Named to Accounting Today's Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting list, CPA Practice Advisor's "40 Under 40," and the AICPA and CPA Practice Advisor's "Most Powerful Women in Accounting," Samantha has a passion for coaching and guiding others in transforming their business models.
Samantha has been in the tax and accounting technology industry for over 20 years and has served on the board of two not-for-profit organizations for several years. She is a national speaker delivering keynotes virtually and in-person and she facilitates and teaches at conferences and workshops.
Samantha has facilitated a range of leadership and management sessions for diverse groups and consulted with firms one on one. Samantha's educational background includes graduating from Hillsdale College and earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Tamera is a partner at Convergence Coaching, LLC, a national consulting firm dedicated to developing leaders and transforming teams. Tamera is committed to help her clients capitalize on opportunities to transform their practices and businesses through mindset and behavioral shifts along with concrete strategies for growth, talent development, and practice management that builds unity and trust in their leadership team.
Named as one of Accounting Today's 100 Most Influential People in Accounting, AICPA/CPA Practice Advisors' Top 25 Most Powerful Women in Accounting, and INSIDE Public Accounting's Top 10 Most Recommended Consultants, Tamera works with firms through retreat facilitation and strategic planning, in person and remote talent and leadership development programs, and individual coaching.
Tamera has worked in both the public accounting and IT sectors before becoming a partner at Convergence Coaching. She managed the BDO USA Minneapolis consulting group and implemented their middle market financial software service solutions and customer relationship management software. In addition to her local responsibilities, she directed the national sales and marketing efforts of the National Financial Solutions Group practice at BDO. Prior to BDO, Tamera acted as the National Sales Manager for State of the Art, Inc. (now known as Sage Software, Inc.), where she was responsible for financial systems sales, CPA programs to help firms develop technology niche practices, marketing communications and recruitment, and channel communications.
In addition to various leadership, communication and change management programs, Tamera's educational background includes graduating from the University of North Dakota and earning her Bachelor of Science, with a Major in Marketing and a Minor in Management. Tamera is committed to giving back to the accounting profession through volunteerism and is a founding member and past-President of The CPA Consultants' Alliance and a member of the Consultants' Trust.
Tamera is a member of the Minnesota Chapter of Sales and Marketing Executives, Toastmasters, and the Minnesota Chapter of CPA Firm Management Association. She has also served on the planning committees for the AICPA Practitioners Symposium and AICPA TECH Conference and has served as Chair for Information Technology Alliance (ITA) Fall Collaboratives. Tamera is a frequent facilitator, speaker, teacher, and coach and has written articles for several state and national CPA publications and associations, such as the Journal of Accountancy and CPA Insider, Accounting Today, The Progressive Accountant, AAM Minute, MNCPA Footnote, WSCPA's The Washington CPA, and MSI Global's Smarter Practices among others.
