Justin Thomas

Justin Thomas is a Vice President Regional Director for Goldman Sachs' asset management division. Justin has been at Goldman Sachs for 14 years and prior to working at Goldman Sachs he worked for Van Kampen Funds for 5 years. He has an MBA from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA Charter holder). He lives in Franklin, Tennessee with his wife Erika and three daughters Reagan (7) and Margaret (5) and Olivia (3).

Bradley C. Sagraves

Brad Sagraves is the managing attorney at Tennessee Tax Law, PLLC. After spending fourteen (14) years at two of Knoxville's largest firms, Brad established Tennessee Tax Law in October of 2022 and recently celebrated its 1 year anniversary. The firm is continuing to grow to meet the needs of its clients by hiring attorney Grayson Holmes, a recent UT Law Graduate, and paralegal Courtney Beeler.

Brad practices in the areas of estate planning, business representation and tax planning, and IRS controversy work. Brad regularly assists clients in planning how to transfer their assets to their intended beneficiaries. He also helps businesses in general contract work, but is especially helpful in structuring transactions to ensure the most efficient tax structures. He also helps protect clients from the dreaded IRS and Tennessee Department of Revenue.

Grayson Holmes

Grayson Holmes worked as a law clerk and is now an associate attorney with Tennessee Tax Law, PLLC. Grayson graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law in 2023, where he was a member of the Tennessee Law Review and the Tennessee Journal of Business Law. Grayson is beginning his practice by focusing on estate planning, employment law, and real estate law.

Barry L. Mathis

Barry has nearly three decades of experience in the information technology (IT) and healthcare industries as a CIO, CTO, senior IT audit manager, and IT risk management consultant. He has performed and managed complicated HIPAA security reviews and audits for some of the most sophisticated hospital systems in the country.

Barry is a visionary, creative, results-oriented senior-level healthcare executive with demonstrated experience in planning, developing, and implementing complex information-technology solutions to address business opportunities, while reducing IT risk and exposure. He is adept at project and crisis management, troubleshooting, problem solving, and negotiating.

Barry has strong technical capabilities combined with outstanding presentation skills and professional pride. He is a prudent risk taker with proficiency in IT risk management, physician relations, strategic development, and employee team building.
