Preston S. Rice, CPA

Scott Rice is the Director of Sarbanes-Oxley at the Tennessee Valley Authority. Born and raised in Chattanooga, Scott is a proud graduate from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. With nearly 30 years of experience in public accounting and private industry, Scott is a Certified Public Accountant who has worked in various roles across diverse sectors, including health insurance, trucking, and the power industry. John Eger, CPA

John Eger is a key leader in HHM's management advisory services group, providing clients with expert guidance to achieve their financial goals. Leveraging extensive experience and handling over a billion dollars in transactions, John specializes in mergers and acquisitions, including stock and asset sales, and manages comprehensive due diligence on both the buy and sell sides from valuations to Quality of Earnings reports. His expertise extends to bank financing, transaction structuring, and complex tax analysis, ensuring meticulous management of the whole transaction from start to finish.

In addition, John plays a pivotal role in high-level consulting and C-suite advisory services. His focus on problem-solving and strategic consulting helps clients navigate complex financial challenges and achieve their business objectives.

John holds both a CPA and CVA license and is a graduate of Covenant College with a Bachelor of Arts in Business and an Accounting Concentration.
