Q: Why does diversity in the profession matter to you?
A: We all benefit when we are willing to embrace and then cultivate diversity in the workplace and the world.
Q: How does accounting help you leave a legacy you are proud of?
A: I follow in the footsteps of my father whose career was in higher education finance and business administration. I consider myself blessed and honored to continue that legacy of achievement in the accounting profession.
