State CPA Society Announces New Leadership
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – The Tennessee Society of CPAs recently announced the election of its 2023-24 board of directors.
The newly elected board includes Jonathan C. Bailey, CPA, of Inhabit in Knoxville, chair; Kelly S. Crow, CPA, of Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck PLC in Memphis, chair-elect; Geoffrey L. Stewart, CPA, of Aprio, LLP in Nashville, past chair; Heather S. Batson, CPA, of Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC in Chattanooga, secretary; and Gina B. Pruitt, CPA, of KraftCPAs PLLC in Nashville, treasurer. At-large members of the board include Gregory O. Davis, CPA, of RBG Wealth Advisors in Memphis; Richard W. Hill, CPA, of Mitchell Emert & Hill, PC, CPAs in Knoxville; Jenneen D. Kaufman, CPA, of Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County in Nashville; Dimeta Smith Knight, CPA, of Dimeta Smith, CPA, LLC in Nashville; Keith O’Connor, CPA, of Pugh CPAs in Knoxville; Marcie J.
