Staff Spotlight: Alden Ward
Throughout his career, TSCPA Director of Member Engagement Alden Ward has been involved in improving the employee and customer experience. “One of the most important aspects of life is the relationships we develop,” he says. “This position is about relationships with our members, and that is the part that is most fulfilling.”
In his role at TSCPA, where he has worked since May 2023, Alden is responsible for membership retention, recruitment and engagement. With his experience working with employees and customers, Alden says member engagement seemed like a natural fit. “I am excited to have the opportunity to shape and provide experiences for others,” he says.
A native of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Alden earned his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and his graduate degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. He currently lives in the Murfreesboro area with his wife of nine years and their 18-month-old son. In his spare time, Alden enjoys keeping up with MTSU sports and the Atlanta Braves.
