Staff Spotlight: Lorin Kee
For TSCPA Video Production Specialist Lorin Kee, video editing has been a lifelong interest. “Our family computer in high school was one of the first consumer CPUs to support nonlinear editing,” he recalls. “My friends and I got into making a lot of movies and music videos around that time. Video editing was always my favorite part of the process.”
In his role at TSCPA, where he has worked for 10 years, Lorin is responsible for videography and production for all online CPE programs and TSCPA marketing and communications media. “I don't skydive or bungee jump, so the days I run a live stream give me a rush that satisfies the adrenaline junkie in me,” he says. “My favorite projects are the documentary-style promotional videos TSCPA often produces.”
Born in Memphis, Lorin currently lives in the Nashville area with his wife Amy, a CPA and financial planning software consultant, and their two sons Alex (15) and Jude (9), along with their chickens and chihuahuas. “I adore all of them for all the ways they keep life interesting and fun!”
