Bach Receives Women to Watch Award From Tennessee Society of CPAs
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Courtney Bach, CPA, of Franklin, was recently presented with the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants’ (TSCPA) 2024 TSCPApex Women to Watch (Emerging Leader) Award.
The TSCPApex Awards Program recognizes the many ways that individuals contribute significant time, energy and intellect to developing the accounting profession and fostering its success. The Women to Watch (Emerging Leader) Award highlights the accomplishments of women in the profession and demonstrates to emerging female leaders that success is not out of reach.

For many years, Bach led LBMC’s Women’s Initiative Network (WIN), a community dedicated to attracting and supporting women within the firm and empowering female leaders working in professional services nationally. A member of LBMC’s health care industry practice for 15 years, she has been instrumental in the growth of both the audit practice and the firm’s overall health care services industry segment.
Bach is also dedicated to giving back to her community, including TSCPA. She has been named to the 2024-25 TSCPA Board of Directors and has also served the society in other leadership roles, including as president of the Nashville Chapter and as a TSCPA Council member.
