State CPA Society Announces New Leadership
BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – The Tennessee Society of CPAs recently announced the election of its 2024-25 board of directors.
The newly elected board includes Kelly S. Crow, CPA, of Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck PLC in Memphis, chair; Heather Batson, CPA, of Mauldin & Jenkins, LLC in Chattanooga, chair-elect; and Jonathan C. Bailey, CPA, of Kingsport, past chair. At-large members of the board include Courtney Bach, CPA, of LBMC in Brentwood; Stephanie Fowler, CPA, of HORNE LLP in Jackson; Richard W. Hill, CPA, of Mitchell Emert & Hill, PC, CPAs in Knoxville; Dimeta Smith Knight, CPA, of Dimeta Smith, CPA, LLC in Nashville; Andrea Meinardi, CPA, of Crowe LLP in Franklin; Keith O’Connor, CPA, of Pugh CPAs in Knoxville; Gina B.
