TSCPA Launches Mentoring Program
Mentor Match is the latest addition to TSCPA Talks’ online lineup of services to support members’ professional development needs. It’s a unique online networking and career development tool that helps you find, connect, and share experiences with others.
Your mentor or mentee can be in the same city or across the state. Your meetings can be in person, by phone, or virtual – whatever works best for you.
To enroll, all you need to do is complete your TSCPA Talks profile; sign up as a mentor, mentee, or both; and use the directory to search for potential matches.
After you’ve enrolled, you can search for a mentor/mentee by profession sector, career stage, areas of expertise, communication preference and timeframe to find the best match for you.
TSCPA also provides a private forum for mentors to share their best practices with one another, and there is an online library of supplemental resources available as well.
