Tennessee Department of Revenue Issues Notices of Proposed Assessments
The Tennessee Department of Revenue recently issued Notices of Proposed Assessments for 2021 franchise and excise tax.
As the Department has been receiving a large volume of calls regarding the notices, it is asking tax practitioners to advise clients who received a notice of proposed assessment to log in to TNTAP and make sure their 2021 franchise and excise tax return has been filed.
