REPORT: Attracting Accounting Talent - A Look at Benefit Packages in Tennessee

This study presents survey data collected from accounting alumni and current accounting students from five Tennessee universities. These current and future accounting employees identify the employer-provided benefits they deem most important in their employment decisions and their degree of satisfaction with each benefit. Alumni also provided current starting salaries for Tennessee employers and recent benefits added by employers over the last 12-24 months.
