State Tax Filing and Payment Deadlines
The Tennessee Department of Revenue extended franchise and excise tax deadlines to June 8 for businesses in the 23 disaster area counties affected by Winter Storm Fern. The Department will review extension requests for other taxes on a case-by-case basis if you cannot file on time due to the storm. See important notice #26-10 for details.
Relief applies to individuals and businesses in the 23 counties: Cheatham, Chester, Clay, Davidson, Decatur, Dickson, Hardeman, Hardin, Henderson, Hickman, Lawrence, Lewis, Macon, Maury, McNairy, Perry, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Trousdale, Wayne, Williamson, and Wilson.
