TSCPA is going coastal to Isle of Palms, S.C. for the 95th Annual Meeting and Convention. Experience four days of professional growth, networking and relaxation at the beautiful Wild Dunes Resort. This year’s convention offers an exciting lineup of educational sessions on topics including presentation skills, accepting perfectionists, outsourcing strategies, and Tennessee State-Specific Ethics plus eight hours of On Demand CPE credits.
Attendees will also enjoy events such as the opening reception and annual banquet. Other highlights include a golf tournament on the scenic Harbor Course and amenities of Wild Dunes Resorts including The Spa at Sweetgrass, bike rentals, water excursions, family activities and more!
Registration for this event includes 12 hours of in-person CPE. Participants may also select 8 additional hours from TSCPA's On Demand Video Library.

Discounted room rates are available for June 8-11, 2026, at $329/night plus applicable taxes and resort fee. Valet parking is available at the resort for $35 per day. Michelle Freeman, CPA
Dr. Freeman is an Associate Professor of Accountancy and Graduate Coordinator of the Masters of Accountancy Program with East Tennessee State University as well as a CPA. Her professional background is as a CPA, working as an intern with Ernst & Young and as an accountant with Burkhart & Company in Knoxville, Tennessee. She has over twenty years of experience teaching accounting courses. Dr. Freeman has presented on and authored several articles regarding auditing standards, taxation and accounting education.

Don Minges, MBA, is the principal at The Knowledge Institute, LLC, www.theknowledgeinstitute.com, a leading CPE provider. Don also serves as a fractional CFO who works in diverse industries at various stages. His expertise is in profitability enhancement, strategic planning, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, consulting, turnarounds, economic forecasting, cost accounting and financial analysis. Don has experience raising equity and has invested equity into promising businesses. He has served on the Board of Directors for several firms.
